Founded in 1978, Thomas Caterino
Builders, Inc. was created by Thomas G. Caterino
to provide a rewarding career and allow him to pursue
a sailing hobby on the Saginaw Bay. That career would
not only provide for his family but would also reward
them with the pleasure of being able to make so many new
friends and to make their friends dreams come true by
building them quality homes that reflect their lifestyles
and personalities.
Tom quickly gained a reputation in the Bay City, Saginaw,
Michiganand Midland area of being a superior builder by
being very organized.
Tom has received numerous awards for his contributions
to home building industry and has been named builder
of the year by The Home Builders Association of Saginaw
in 1988 and again in 1993.
When Dennis Dittenber, now President of Caterino Builders, came on board in 1992 he was determined to perpetuate the legacy that was started
by Tom. Taking the company motto “Building a better way to live” to new levels of excitement and professional service
in home building. Dennis’s background in business, art and design has been a driving force behind the vision of the company you see today. His concern
for details in architecture, function, budget and every element of the home building process are evident by the personal touch he gives each and every
client.
With over 250 homes
under their belt, this dynamic duo has become one of the
foremost building experts in this area. Every house created
is a culmination of a team effort, the building and design
professionals and you the clients.
